This workshop is for anyone and everyone wishing to develop their own yoga practice
A Saturday morning spent working through the most commonly thought of and considered poses in yoga.
This will be a dynamic series is designed for both those new to yoga and the seasoned yogi who desires to get back to the roots of their practice.
We will explore the most common yoga poses with a focus on alignment and breath. There will be plenty of visual demonstrations and discussion. Yoga concepts will be introduced.
Each student will build a foundation upon which they can begin or deepen a personal practice. Expect to have fun and learn a lot in a supportive, inquisitive environment
A 2 hour asana (yoga pose) workshop followed (and rewarded) by a delicious tea and snack on the verandah overlooking a beautiful established garden and cane fields. You will truly feel like you have checked out and focused within.
